Beth Martin
Beth Martin was born and raised in Sumter, South Carolina and spent many childhood days on the beaches of Pawleys Island and Litchfield. After graduating from South Carolina and Virginia Commonwealth University with two Art and Interior Design degrees, she moved to Pawleys Island. She worked with the real estate industry in Pawleys helping hundreds of buyers find their dream homes in the Grand STrand and helping sellers stage and prepare their homes. She was widowed in 2013 after being married for 20 years, but was pleasantly surprised when a new love entered her life in 2016.Hank Martin had been widowed after being married for 50 years. They married in 2017 at The Abbey in Pawleys Island. Hank is a Nashville/New York singer/songwriter, but they recently returned to Pawleys Island full time where Hank will rejoin as lead singer for "Second Nature", the band he helped start 50 years ago. She and Hank enjoy shag dancing, fishing, singing together on the church worship team. She is excited to be back in Pawley's Island full-time and helping buyers discover and enjoy "just this side of heaven" as she has. She's excited to work with Edge of the Beach Team and appreciates the values they represent. Working together and be available for all clients' needs!!
