Originally from Worcester, MA, my family and I, like many, migrated here in 2004 in search of a warmer climate. I’m not your typical northerner…my mother was from the south and my father was from the north, but I always have been more of a southern girl at heart. I worked in the dental field for over 20 years before I became a real estate agent. I am a proud mother of my daughter, Courtney who is a nurse in the Mount Pleasant/Charleston area, and a son, Brandon in the US Air Force, and who is married to my beautiful daughter-in-law Ann, my life is made complete by my amazingly sweet and funny grandchildren! I became a real estate agent after totally falling in love with Pawleys Island. I naturally love helping others, so I realized I could help many discover the beauty of this area and find their dream home or 2nd home. I have built a team of agents and staff who are dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients.

I moved from Trumbull, Connecticut to Pawleys Island with my husband Max in 2005.
I received my real estate license in 2006 and joined Keller Williams where I met Joanne Gillet.
My husband opened the Pawleys Island Bakery & Cafe in 2010 and real estate went on the back burner for a few years. With many years of experience in baking and cake decorating, I stepped in as a cake decorator making wedding, birthday, and all occasion cakes. The bakery took off so it became a full-time job. We are grateful to the community for all its support for the last 12 years.
I jumped back into the real estate business full-time in 2015 and a few years later, Joanne established Edge of the Beach Realty.....I was happily recruited.
I really enjoy sharing my love for this area with people who are looking for a new place to call home. Many of my clients have become good friends and that is one of the greatest rewards in being a Realtor.

I have been in Real Estate since 2003 in and around Gettysburg PA. I had the privilege of assisting my clients in so many ways, be it a farm in the country or first-time homebuyers in the city, or finding properties for the savvy investor. It has been the most exciting time of my life. I had the opportunity to create a business for myself in an industry that motivated and stimulated me every day.
In 2009, when the real estate market was drastically affected by the recession, I wanted to stay in the Real Estate industry and I did that through Property Management, Leasing, and managing a 200+ apartment community. Once our kids left the nest, in all our travels, we always loved South Carolina so in 2017, we put our home up for sale and decided to start a new chapter of our life! That was quite something, exciting and scary at the same time! Well, living here in Pawleys Island has been an absolute joy. Linda is originally from Long Island, New York, and moved to this area in 2016. She is married with two grown sons and a grandson. She and her husband have a second home up in the Adirondack Mountains. She was a client of Edge of the Beach in 2016 and hit it off so well with Joanne Gillet, that she was hired as an employee. Linda has an amazing talent for organizing anything and has a remarkable capacity with details. She will do whatever Edge of the Beach Realty needs and that's why we say she is a "Jack of all trades". Linda works part-time in the office and does escape to the Adirondacks from the summer heat here and works on things remotely for us.
